About the course

Over the last decade the construction industry in Israel has been building at a great pace, and with it comes an unavoidable challenge: building defects. This is where the building defects inspector comes in, providing careful home inspection and building review services, for new construction and second-hand apartments, in order to give a professional opinion on the soundness and condition of the property.

The program focuses on locating building failures, making sure they are handled professionally and preventing future defects. In the course we go deep into the foundations of the structure, plumbing and waterproofing systems, flooring and ceilings, cladding, plaster and more.

The course does not end with identifying defects. Participants also learn the right work process for preparing full and detailed home inspection reports, how to present findings clearly, and how to help clients make informed decisions.
