- Details you gave us: name, phone, email and the course you are interested in.
- The content of messages you wrote to us on WhatsApp or in the form.
- Basic technical information about your visit: device type, browser and pages viewed.
Why we use it
- To get back to you with details about the course you asked about.
- To handle registration and support you during your studies.
- To improve the site and the service.
Automated replies on WhatsApp
WhatsApp messages are first answered by a digital assistant, so that you get an instant reply. A team member continues the conversation when needed.
Marketing messages
We send marketing messages only to people who agreed to receive them. Every message lets you ask to stop, and we act on the request promptly.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information. It is stored with service providers working for us (site hosting, the reply and messaging system), only in order to provide the service. Information is handed to a competent authority when the law requires it.
Security and retention
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to the information is limited to authorised people. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given for, or as the law requires.
